Frequently Asked Questions
what is the rental policy for bull river bluff?
Bull River Bluff does NOT currently allow short-term vacation rental, nor long-term residential rentals. The only exceptions to this are existing units that are “grandfathered” in with long-term residential rental agreements, and if a unit has been granted an exemption, which must be reviewed and approved by the Board.

Am I able to install a garden or other plants around my unit?
Residents are not permitted to alter the common areas without expressed, written approval from the Board. Considerations on requests to change common areas include longevity (if the plantings are appropriate for our climate), nativity (invasive species can prove problematic for both the landscapers and building integrity), & uniformity to the neighborhood.
There should be no expectation that such requests will automatically be approved, and the decision from the Committee and/or Board will be considered final. The Board also reserves the right to return non-approved landscaping to a manageable state for maintenance purposes.
