WATER LEAKS

In the unfortunate event of a water leak in or around your unit, please try & turn the water off @ the sources meter immediately. Have someone notify management ( 667-3126) & a Board member right away. There is water key hung near the staircase on the right end of each building as you face it from the front. The meter lids are being re-numbered & if your unit is leaking badly the large meter will be spinning as well. If you are not able to turn the water off & management is unavailable, try to find someone who can. Tommy Sapp  ( (912) 660-2179) is a plumber who lives in BRB & often does work for the Association.  Please review the instructions below & familiarize yourself with both the meter & water key locations. If you need help, just call me & I will be glad to show you both. The illustration below is a  view from over a meter with the lid off.
It is highly recommended that you turn your water off when leaving the condo unoccupied for a period of time.(Management will assist in this also.)

Remember to turn your Hot Water Heater breaker off as well
